Week 5 Day 2 - Repeat

Ok workout today. Nothing too special. I didn't match the 150 from last week, but I cranked out 140. That's not to shabby.

Program: 20,20,18,18,15,15,14,max (at least 40)
Actual: 20,20,18,18,15,15,14,20
Daily Total: 140
Overall Total: 2329

  • The first three sets(20,20,18) fell without much difficulty, but it made me think about my breathing again.
  • The next three sets(18,15,15) were more challenging and a little tough, but not too bad. I did have to pause during the first set of 15.
  • After nine pushups into the set of 14 I ended up counting them out 1 by 1.
  • The last twenty were really painful, but it felt good to get to 20.

That last set of 40 is going to be a challenge throughout all of the week 5 workouts.
