- The first three sets(20,20,18) fell without much difficulty, but it made me think about my breathing again.
- The next three sets(18,15,15) were more challenging and a little tough, but not too bad. I did have to pause during the first set of 15.
- After nine pushups into the set of 14 I ended up counting them out 1 by 1.
- The last twenty were really painful, but it felt good to get to 20.
That last set of 40 is going to be a challenge throughout all of the week 5 workouts.
